We ship via the beloved USPS.
Shipping Policy
All direct shipments are sent via USPS. We hate to charge for shipping... so we don't. We eat the cost of getting you your order. That's pretty Zen, if you ask us. If you buy our bundles it's a better deal for everyone. Our profit margins are REALLY low. But that's OK because for us, laughter is more important than money... for now anyway!
Return & Exchange Policy
We typically don't accept returns. You're getting a box of rocks and a jokey meditation guide online. What more do you need from us? If there is something terribly wrong with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to correct this. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at myzenrocks@gmail.com before your order is processed and before a shipping confirmation email is sent. After that, there's not much we can do.
If you place your purchase through a third-party transaction (e.g. Google, Facebook, or similar), we will accept returns up to 30 days for un-opened new products for an $8.00 restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
